Lemongrass - benefits include reducing tension, promoting feelings of calm, and freshening the air.
Orange - pleasant scent has a cheerful and uplifting yet simultaneously relaxing, calming effect that helps reduce pulse rate. It can not only create a warm environment but can also stimulate the strength and resilience of the immune system and eliminate airborne bacteria.
Ylang Ylang - is also used to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve mood, and enhance libido. In addition, ylang ylang essential oil is said to act as a natural insect repellent
Neroli- the bitter sweet oil - known for relieveing stress and anxiety, assisting with relaxing heart rhythm, PMS relief, reduced irritation and helps with a positive outlook
Cinnamon - can be used to deal with depression. It can help people who are feeling exhausted by it. It also has a healing effect on the mind and the spirit. Increased awareness. It can enhance spirituality, and it can improve mental and emotional stability. Cinnamon oil can improve concentration
