Simple room spray recipe
For a 100ml room spray:
- 90ml distilled water
- 5ml Polysorbate 20 solubiliser
- 2 to 4ml of your chosen essential oil blend (approximately 40 to 80 drops)
- 0.5ml preservative such as Optiphen
Method: Mix the essential oil with the solubiliser first, then add the water and preservative. Shake well before each use.
