How to use

• Pillow mist: Spritz 2–3 times over your pillow and duvet 10–15 minutes before sleep
• Room spray: Spray around the bedroom to fill the space with a calming atmosphere
• Linen spray: Use on bed linen, pyjamas or relaxation cushions
• Yoga & meditation: Excellent for winding-down practices and restorative yoga

Our room sprays are made in a natural, alcohol-free base with a preservative system for a 12-month shelf life. This means no harsh chemical smell, no drying effect on fabrics, and a gentler, more natural mist that lets the essential oils speak for themselves.
